Join our movement of volunteers who are passionate about introducing 11-19 year olds to Jesus. We’re not looking for perfect people or superstars; just those who are willing to listen well, to be themselves, and to be present in a young person’s life.

• Working with the Kids-Get in on the action! We always need caring, mature adults to meet with the many teens we serve. Volunteers must go through a screening process. We offer on-going training to help you be encouraged and effective in your role.
• Event Support-We hold special events throughout the year to raise vital funds for our work. We rely on volunteers to help make these events a success.
• Leadership-We welcome business leaders and professionals who are willing to lend their expertise to advance our work. We also lean on professionals for advice on vocational enterprises for our teens.
• Administrative-Prefer a more behind-the-scenes approach? We have a need for office help, event planning support, and other temporary or on-going assistance.

A healthy, sustainable youth ministry works to connect young people with other important parts in their community. We partner with pastors, church leaders, non-profits, business owners, clubs, student associations and more — supporting the local church in the mission of the Gospel, and joining arms with like-minded organizations that want to reach and uplift young people.
